How long do I have access to a course after purchase?
Lifetime access is included with every course. Once enrolled you can return to lectures, downloads, and community forums for as long as the platform exists.
Do your certificates expire?
Certificates are valid indefinitely. Each certificate includes a unique verification code that never expires.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise enrollments.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
Do I need prior floristry experience?
No experience is required for any entry-level tracks. Intermediate and advanced catalogs list specific prerequisites on each course page.
How do live mentoring sessions work?
Live sessions are scheduled monthly via Zoom. Recordings are posted inside the course dashboard immediately after each session.
Is there a student community I can join?
Yes. Every student gains access to our private Discord server where alumni, mentors, and fellow students share work and feedback daily.
